1) Search For A Knowledge Base Article by entering keywords in "How can we help you today" search field.
2) To go directly to all Knowledge Base Articles, click Solutions.
3) If you cannot find an answer for your question, from the Homepage you can click on the button "Click Here to Send a Question to Support" and a ticket to Customer Services will be generated from your email.
4) If an email application does not launch, go to your email application and send an email to: info@courts.wa.gov and a ticket will be generated from your email.
