How do I search for an eService Answers (Knowledge Base Articles) or submit a ticket to AOC Customer Services? 


1) You may search for an eService Answer (Knowledge Base Article) using the Solutions tab located directly below the eService Center & Washington Courts FAQs at the landing page, by clicking on the Solutions tab as show below. Various folders are available to select from: 

  • How to User the eService Center
  • General 
  • Documents, Records, and Licensing Questions
  • General Knowledge



2) You can also search for an eService Answer (Knowledge Base Article) by entering keywords in the "How can we help you today" search field.  This is a smart search and will provide possible matches/results to your query.



3) If you cannot find an answer for your question, from the "How can we help you today?' section, you can click on the button "Click Here to Send a Question to Support" located on the eService Center & Washington Courts FAQs landing page.  This will open your default email and an eService ticket to Customer Services will be sent to AOC Customer Services. 



NOTE: If your default email application does not launch, simply go to your email application and send an email to: info@courts.wa.gov and an eService ticket will be generated from your email.
