How do I obtain a copy of the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Sentencing Grid?

The DUI Sentencing Grid is located on the Washington Courts Web site under the Reports and Studies heading on the News and Info page. 

Please note:

The Washington Pattern Forms Committee, CLJ (Courts of Limited Jurisdiction) Subcommittee is considering revisions to the DUI Sentencing Grid based on legislative action, and to update some references.

"Requirements for Reinstatement of Driving Privileges" will be modified based on RCW 46.20.311(1)(c).

 

Other proposed changes will convert session law to RCW citations.
