Is there a project going on to replace the district and municipal court computer program (JIS/DISCIS)?

Yes.  The Courts of Limited Jurisdiction Case Management System (CLJ-CMS) project is planning to procure and implement a modern, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) case management system.  This new system will help keep pace with the needs of today's court to fairly and efficiently administer justice for the public.

To find project information and the project status, please visit the CLJ-CMS Project page on the Washington Courts website or review the project brochure attached to the bottom of this answer.

Specific project-related questions can be emailed to CLJCMSProject@courts.wa.gov.
