How do I find out when a case is being heard in the Washington State Supreme Court or the Washington State Court of Appeals?
The Washington State Supreme Court and the Washington State Court of Appeals court calendars (or dockets) are located on the Appellate and Trial Courts page of the Washington Courts Web site. Specific links are below:

The clerk's office for each court schedules all cases for that court and informs the parties when their cases will be heard. Interested parties should contact the clerk's office in the court where the case will be heard.
